The Accelerate HLS Team delivered an Accelerator to support stakeholders who want to implement an individual and/or group health plan broker portal using Salesforce technology. Broker portals are a very common request from health plan customers.
Problem
Current broker portal assets produced by Salesforce lack a comprehensive functional scope, coherent elements, and a best-practice technology approach. Moreover, they are not packaged in a way that can be delivered to a customer. We want this solution to be suitable as a solid foundation for a customer-tailored build.
