The Return to Workplace/Campus Advisor (RTWA) application was designed to assist employers and universities in creating a safe environment for employees and students to return to work or campus during the Covid-19 pandemic. The tool collects employee/student data on their current well-being and Covid-19 symptoms to help evaluate their wellness to be able to return to work or campus and evaluate site population impacts and risk scores.
The administration tool for RTWA was built to enable employers and universities to customize the content displayed to employees and students through the check-in process. Administrators need the ability to activate/de-activate modules, customize text, and offer the ability to provide translated text for multi-national organizations.
The design uses components, styles and colors from IBM's Carbon Design System to maintain brand integrity and recognition.

Patterns
Each admin page follows the same pattern: Progress Indicator, Feature Details, Content Definitions, Recommendations. The Progress Indicator guides the user through the configuration process showing In Progress, Started or Not Started statuses. Feature Details gives the user the ability to toggle each module in addition to previewing and editing the module. Content Definitions show default text, activation options, customization options and international options if available. Finally, Recommendations show any relevant material based on the particular module that would be helpful to the user.
Some admin pages require fine-tuned control over the text displayed. The interface below shows default text, customized text and translated text side-by-side to allow the user a quick way to edit and compare.
