The Accelerate HLS Team conducted a series of design thinking workshops to design and build a solution to enable Aesthetics Centers to quickly and easily get started on the Salesforce platform.
Problem
Aesthetics Centers typically have a limited staff, and often the same staff is responsible for following up on leads, scheduling appointments, cross-selling services and patient follow-up. In order to reach this small business demographic, they need a solution to get them started.
Aesthetics Sales Accelerator Problem Statement
As a sales rep, I need to quickly work & follow-up with inbound leads in a personalized way to drive higher conversion rates for medspa products and services sold/booked.
This is difficult today because it currently takes a lot of time to organize my work, follow-ups, and last touch points across multiple systems (EHR, phone, sms, paper, excel).
In order to increase the volume of leads worked & maintain a personal touch, I need a unified system that gives me a 360 degree view of the patient and has tools designed for scalable follow-up, tasks, reminders, & notes.
