The Accelerate HLS Team delivered an Accelerator to support stakeholders who want to deploy a care plan feature in Health Cloud.
Problem
A care plan component exists today in the IDO, but it is cumbersome to view and update as a case manager. The out-of-the-box care plan component is part of the Health Cloud managed package and is not editable.
